Navigating Leave for Legal Professionals with Disabilities

Disability is broadly defined to include self-identification of physical, mental, visible or non-visible, permanent or temporary, and active or inactive disabilities. 

For this presentation, attorneys with disabilities speak about navigating issues related to taking leave due to their disabilities, complying with federal and state-law leave requirements, and attaining better accessibility for legal professionals with disabilities by examining and improving leave policies.

This CLE is part of the MSBA Signature Program. The Minnesota Disability Bar Association is co-sponsoring this event. This event will be a live webinar via Zoom. Remote instructions will be emailed to you the day prior to the event.
